The History of the Soul of MAN...

A 1959 Lecture by Neville, interpreted by Tim Che for today's reader

Our Discussion today is concerned only with the great secret of life. Here we are convinced that the Supreme Power that created and sustains the universe is Divine Imagining, and it does not differ from human imagination except in degree of intensity of the one who is Imagining. So,  your wonderful Imagination is God, in Man. This is what we are referring to when we say "God".

We tell you that Imagination (God in you) creates Reality, but keep in mind that at this human level on earth, it takes time, persistence and practice. If our Imaginations are awakened and we are aware of it, we must learn how to use it. We use it by creating Images. If we will persist in the image, live in it, sleep in it and breathe in it, it will crystallize into tangible form, it will become real in this world.

Night after night we explore different facets of this truly great secret, the Secret of Imagining. Tonight, we will explore the greatest book about Imagination in the world, The Bible, and we will look at it from the perspective of the mystic. So, as we turn to it, keep in mind that the Bible is addressed to the Imagination in you and not to the man of who relies on the 5 senses or the man of logic & reason who is lost in the "flood" of "facts" and cannot understand the Imagination that preceded ALL facts.  They are the ones that are referred to in the Bible as "lost" or "dead" or "sound asleep."

Interestingly, it says in the Old Testament that "Adam" fell into a profound sleep. And nowhere in the

The Garden of Eden is the Mind of Man

You are the Gardener of your mind.
You have been given the responsibility to, "Dress it and to keep it".

Perhaps you have been taking a nap... and weeds have begun to grow in your mind during your slumber. Take a look around and what do you see? If you see the weeds of anger, or violence, or despair, disease, poverty, etc, etc,... you can immediately begin to prune them with your mind.

Beyond the Consciousness of Healing

 Beyond the Consciousness of Healing

Published by Edge Life, A Holistic Journal, March 2006
by Tim Che'

What lies beyond the consciousness of healing is a topic to ponder, not one to debate.  It is a perspective about what you believe and how you manifest your world.  It is your choice what to believe is true, a choice that nobody can take away from you.  But once you have chosen what is true for you, will you realize that the circumstances you will meet have been pre-arranged from your preconceived notions of what is true and your only choice from then on is how you will react to these circumstances?  What comes your way is predetermined from your choice, your selection —whether intentional or not—of a state of consciousness.  The following is a dialog about choice from the broadest perspective: the choice of what you believe to be true about the world and you. You have but one choice to make that will determine the course of everything in your world and your role in it:

Do you believe that your inner conversations and mental activity are a result of your life-circumstances?

Or, do you believe that your life-circumstances are a result of your inner conversations and mental activity?

Your Only Choice

If you believe the former—that your inner conversations and mental activity are a result of your
external life-circumstances—then your only choice from now on is in how you will react to the circumstances prepared for you by the chosen state of consciousness you occupy, and you might even be quite unaware of your choice altogether.  You will be a “re-actor” reacting to the facts your chosen state of consciousness presents to you.  You might even feel successful or an expert in your reactions.  Others might admire the results of your reactions, but you are still limited by your chosen field of reaction. Since we are discussing going beyond healing consciousness, if you are a “healer” and are comfortably identified with that state you may save yourself the energy of any conflict that could arise from reading further by stopping now and continuing in the world—the consciousness—of your choosing.  No one can deny you that anyway.

If, however, after careful consideration you decide to believe the latter—that your life-circumstances are a result of your inner conversations and mental activity— you can begin to understand you are God, a Creator. This will be the premise for the rest of the dialog and by agreeing, if you notice any arguments creeping into your mind, it may be that you have changed your mind about the premise.

Command and Control

So, as a creator, do you have command over your inner conversations and mental activity?  Do you have control over the direction of your creation?  Is your habitual state of mind predominant in defining your world?  Do you run over the same old patterns of likes, dislikes, agitations, addictions, and desires for knowledge?  These patterns are representative of the state of consciousness you have wittingly or unwittingly chosen and are reflected in your reality, which is projected onto the screen of space to become your experience.

There are infinite states of consciousness and mankind is continually moving in and out of these states, mostly unaware.  You are always in a “state” and it is useful to realize that you are separate from the

Infinite Love in Unthinkable Origin...

In tribute to Neville Goddard:

"It is an intuitive desire of all mankind to be a finer, nobler being, to do the loving thing. But we can do the loving thing only when all we imagine is full of love for our neighbor. Then we know the truth, the truth that sets all mankind free. I believe this is a message that will aid us all in the art of living a better and finer life.

Infinite love in unthinkable origin was called God, the Father.

Infinite love in creative expression was called God, the Son.

Infinite love in universal interpenetration, in Infinite Immanence, and in Eternal procession, was called God, the Holy Ghost.

We must learn to know ourselves as Infinite Love, as good rather than evil. This is not something that we have to become; it is, rather, for us to recognize something that we are already.

The original birthplace of imagination is in love.

Love is its lifeblood. Insofar as imagination retains its own life’s blood (is operated with love), its visions are images of truth. Then it mirrors the living identity of the thing it beholds. But if imagination should deny the very power that has brought it to birth, then the direst sort of horror will begin.

Instead of rendering back living images of the truth, imagination will fly to love’s opposite – fear and its visions will then be perverted and contorted reflections cast upon a screen of frightful fantasy. Instead of being the supremely creative power, it will become the active agent of destruction. Wherever man’s attitude to life is truly imaginative, there man and God are merged in creative unity. Remember that Love is always creative, causative in every sphere from the highest to the very lowest. There never

Why are We Hear?...

by Tim Che'
To listen for the call...
of the birth of the Imagination in You

Image-Making happens in Man's Imagination

The Imagination is that part of your mind that can "see" things with your eyes closed; that can "hear" the voice of a departed loved one; that can "smell" coffee cooking even in its absence and can reach out and "feel" the softness of a rose petal in your mind. It is this part of you that can connect directly to the eternal. After all... if you can smell bacon cooking, even though their is none present, then where does the smell of bacon cooking exist? When you close your eyes to the "outer" world and find yourself standing outside on a sunny day, in a dream... where does the sunlight come from? If you can, in a dream, see places and objects, and have conversations with people... where do these things exist?

They all exist inside you... in your eternal nature. They exist in that part of you that is distracted by thinking and overwhelmed with responses to the physical senses. It is where ALL things exist and it is within YOU.
You are "The Light of the World"

But you/we have been taught to use our minds to "Think".
And thought has NEVER created anything.

Thought can only "Think" about what has been created. Yet, it is so clever that it can think it is being creative. A truly creative act

The Wile E. Coyote of Consciousness... Ahriman

By Tim Che'
All things are TRUE.
Because TRUTH is not dependent upon anything outside the perceiver of TRUTH. Hence, a true judgment need not conform to the external facts to which it relates.

And all things are in BALANCE

Our Mental image of the psychic embodiment of perfection and Grace is an idea personified in the word "Christ".

It's opposite, would be named, Satan, or Lucifer, or, in this discussion Ahriman.

Ahriman is the name that the Mystic, Anthroposophist, Rudolf Steiner, gives to his psychic impression of evil. I recently came across this information through the Dark Journalist YouTube channel, "X-Series" (Click link), which we highly recommend.

Steiner's Sculpture of Ahriman

Now, I do not pretense as any kind of authority on Anthroposophy, and Steiner makes a distinction between Ahriman and Lucifer. But Fear is Fear, and fear looks like evil, in whatever form we assemble it into from our conditioned mind.

This personification of Steiner's fear, Ahriman, has allegedly created a trap for the innocent, and the deceived, called the 8th Sphere. It is alleged that this trap is set to keep us indefinitely recycling in a world that seems very much like this one so that we do not spiritually advance to the higher dimensional realities.

Now, Steiner's subconscious personifications are universal and not unique. And although it sounds, and looks scary, it has no power over the spiritually awake.

Hence our comparison of Ahriman to "Wile E. Coyote" in the classic "Road Runner" cartoons.

The spiritually awake would be the Road Runner. For the UN-initiated to the cartoon... The Road Runner is always breezing through the cartoon world with ease while the Coyote is endlessly scheming of complicated ways to catch him. The Road Runner is completely unconcerned with Coyote's antics and NEVER seems to get caught up in the traps.

Barabbas or Jesus...The Trial of Your Mind

Here we will share with you a mystical version of the trial of Jesus. This trial takes place in the mind, not in the pages of history. Pontious Pilate is the personification of Logic and Reasoning. He asks Jesus, who is the personification of Truth, "What is the Truth?"  Jesus does not answer because he knows that there is no way for Logic and Reasoning to understand the Truth. Pilate gives up and turns him over to the crowd who clamour to release Barabbas, the robber, and crucify Jesus. Barabbas is the personification of that which denies, or robs, you of your desires... and he has been turned loose on the crowd ever since. Jesus is also synonomous with the Imagination and it is your Imagination that creates your salvation.

Here it is in this transcribed lecture of Neville Goddard. You can also read our last year's Good Friday post with this link http://lifestyleluminaries.blogspot.com/2014/04/good-friday-easter.html

BARABBAS OR JESUS

Tonight's subject is "Barabbas or Jesus." This is the greatest trial that ever took place in eternity. You have read of trials in countries where billions are involved. It means nothing compared to this trial. This is the greatest of all trials. When we read the scriptures we find things like the raising of Lazarus, which is the most fantastic thing you can imagine. A man who was dead for four days and his sister said: "By this time there is an odor" and he raises Lazarus, and yet only one Evangelist records it - only John tells the story. Matthew, Mark, and Luke do not mention the story of Lazarus. How could you tell the story of a man in this world who could raise someone who had decayed and bring him back to life, as we understand life, and not tell it as part of his biography? I could take you through the many stories and show you that one story is told by two, and sometimes three, and only by one, but here, in this story of the trial, all mention it. It has tremendous significance. The story of the greatest trial that ever took place in eternity.

May I tell you: it is taking place here tonight and you are the witnesses. You are the ones who will
